Campari came to Studio Pringle to help them extend and enhance their London HQ in Great Portland Street. They were keen build a roof top extension on their existing regency offices to add an executive lounge with a large ‘Aperol Spritz’ external terrace.

The London office has been heavily invested in and this project seeks to build on that investment and create ultra luxe, premium client spaces for high-net worth clients ultimately benefiting the local economy.

Campari wish to use these spaces as flagship spaces for their global executives, guest and business partners. These additional spaces are only to be used by Campari and their guests and is an extension within the current Class E use, therefore ordinary members of the public will not be able to access the building or proposed terrace space.

The design needed to be of the highest standards both internally and externally. The interior that includes the executive lounge is to take cues from Campari’s Italian heritage, providing an intimate and world class facility. The exterior design is to remain in keeping with the existing building whilst providing two usable terraces with a focus on biodiversity.
