Millharbour is a 14 storey mixed use residential developmentlocated on Millwall Inner Dock. It has 138 apartments, 40% of which areaffordable, with commercial units on the ground floor, a large communal roofterrace and a public landscaped ground floor area. There is a basement car parkwhich houses 42 spaces, bike stores and a gym.  

The building is made of a selection of different coloured grey bricks, it has 3 blocks, 2 with large towers and one in between, all have their own bright colour, orange, yellow and blue. The balconies also follow the colour scheme with PPC vertical fin railings and exposed concrete slabs.  

All the flats follow the London Housing Design Standards, Lifetime Homes, Secure by Design and 10% are wheelchair accessible. The project meets level 4 Code for Sustainable homes and the commercial units achieved a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’.
