Studio Pringle are proud to complete the London base for PagerDuty in the heart of the City.

This project is a brilliant example of the Studio Pringle design process in action. LISTEN. NARRATE. REVIEW. DELIVER.

LISTEN.

We were approached at the end of 2025 to create a new London Office for PagerDuty. Fortunately for us they were a fantastic client who knew exactly what they wanted, making the initial process incredibly productive. We were still able to surprise them with a few bold moves however!

NARRATE.

The design is shaped by the gates inthe old wall of the City of London.

Aldgate, Moorgate, Bishopsgate,Ludgate, Newgate and Aldersgate were used as the names for the meeting roomsand inspired the arched motif that runs throughout the space. At the newlyconfigured entrance to the office is an immersive, illuminated gate thatrepresents PagerDuty as the gateway to the future of the city.

REVIEW.

The brilliant project team has been critical in making thisproject such a success and helped test the design to ensure we were deliveringPagerDuty’s message. DELIVER

With astrong narrative and a meticulous design in place it was time to bring thevision to life. Working closely with the @AIS team we were able to createsomething really special. Thanks to @Adam Douglas, @Julia Rahaus, @StephenDiggines and @Maz Mahmoudi for their relentless efforts. The end product is aspace that superbly communicates PagerDuty’s values.
