TH Real Estate, a company created out of the joint venture between TIAA-CREF and Henderson, will provide access to global capabilities in the office, retail, logistics, multi-family and commercial real estate debt sectors.

TH Real Estate wanted to create a distinctive space that expressed their independence from Henderson. The concept behind the gallery and meeting rooms was one of transformation. The merger of two companies into one entity and also a reflection of their work; to transform real estate.

It was decided early on not to have a dedicated reception, but use the space as a gallery to showcase the TH Real Estate’s global developments with models against the backdrop of two large interactive media walls. Within the gallery a “collaboration zone” provides a flexible area for teams to develop ideas and strategies. The combined area provides a function space for launches and events. There are several kinds of meeting rooms, either fixed layout or adaptable flexible meeting rooms divided by partitions that fold up into the ceilings.

A triangulated form was created inferring transformation and movement throughout the space, by peeling away the outer layer to reveal the structure behind we created display zones for artefacts and memorabilia from the many countries that TH Real Estate is located and developing properties.
