This was the fit out of the largest co-working center in Europe, and home to aniconic co-working brand as their EMEA headquarters. It was situated in a prime location at 2 Southbank Place, adjacent to London’s Southbank with fantastic views down to the river Thames and St Paul’s Cathedral.

The design was based around establishing a variety of work settings for personas who would use the space in different ways, providing the highest quality and most forward-thinking flexible workspaces.

Set over 16 floors, the design was focused on the client and staff journeys. The ground floor entrance providing a client touch down area including client hot desks, coffee and snack bars, reception desk and DJ booth.

The floors above were occupied by co-working office spaces which were design to promote flexible working with a variety of work settings such as focused work desks, touch down booths, a variety of sized meeting rooms, breakout spaces, pantries and games areas.

The middle floors were dedicated to the company headquarters with spaces including an auditorium / cinema, and a wellness suite with a yoga room and changing facilities. There were dedicated beer bars and games areas in the breakout spaces. In the center was a large internal atrium with a dramatic staircase connecting the floors design to promote connectivity and serendipitous meetings. At the base of the atrium was a large joinery staircase with a variety of integrated seating areas.

A high specification client meeting suite was situated on the upper floors with a secret speak easy fitted with its own bar and pool table concealed behind a bookcase. There were also a selection of hot desks and a library for concentrated working.
